I am from Yazoo City, Ms.  I am married with 3 children (2 boys and 1girl). I have been teaching since 1998. I have taught in Starkvile, Ms, Yazoo City, Ms, Pascagoula,Ms, and have been with Yazoo County since 2004.

Education

B.S. degree from MSU in elementary education with a concentration in reading and science

7:30-8:00 Breakfast

8:05-9:30  Morning Meeting/Move to Learn/Phonemic                                        Awareness/Language Arts

9:30-10:30 Center Time

10:30-11:00  Lunch

11:05-12:05 Math

12:05-1:05 Specials

1:05-1:25 Quiet Time

1:35-2:35 Center Time 

2:30-3:15  Physical Activity

Pre-K Newsletter:  Sept. 6-17

Language Arts Skills: Writing name, identifying letters in name, identify letters Hh, Yy, Xx, listen to stories about Community Workers, look at characters, setting, asking and answering questions, vocabulary words and meanings, and making connections. 

Math: Count orally 1-30, recognizing and writing numbers to 10. 

Announcements:
Morning drop off 7:35- Please do not drop off before this time; there is no one on duty until then. 

Afternoon pick up: 3:15- Please make sure you are on time. Pre-K bus/car dismiss first in order for the buses to come in and pick up our K-5 students.

Check folders daily for behavior/notes home.

Please initial behavior on calendar each day.
